Share your vision. This is where you’ll define your ideal home while we carefully listen. Our experts will transform your ideas and vision into a proposal that will meet your criteria as well as suit your budget. 

If you need us to help secure and acquire land, we are here to help. We can search the neighbourhoods you desire to acquire the perfect property. We then meet you on-site to discuss building options that will compliment and uphold your vision. 

This is where we put pen to paper. We’ll draw up the agreement and walk you through expectations through every step. Green Cedar Homes works with you to ensure the build will meet or even surpass your expectations while remaining on budget. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way and provide you with a monthly overview detailing all expenses and changes.

Green Cedar Homes works with trusted and experienced architects, drafters and designers that specialize in design concepts that suit your style and needs. The appropriate design specialist will be suggested to accommodate your personal vision. If you have already designed your home, Green Cedar Homes can review your plans with you and offer suggestions where necessary.

Enjoy 10 hours of superb expert advice and personalized guidance on interior finishes from our preferred, trusted suppliers that will make this space yours. Consider every detail, dwell on every room, or leave it to the professionals. Whatever your preference or taste, we’ll walk you through a design process that is comfortable and exciting.

This is where you get to relax. Site supervisors and project managers oversee site safety, scheduling, timelines, ordering supplies, and addressing client questions and concerns. Every step is communicated while you effortlessly watch your vision come to life. 

We’ll do a walk-through with you and then hand over the keys. Customer satisfaction is Green Cedar Homes’ main objective because we understand how important it is for you to get everything you need and desire in a custom-built home. Your vision is now a reality.

Our responsibility doesn’t end when we hand over the keys. Your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why we do 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year follow-ups to ensure your custom home meets and exceeds expectations. Plus, we offer a 2-year builder warranty along with a 10-year structural warranty through Progressive Home Warranty. On-going service and support will be provided as needed. 



The Green Cedar Warranty

At Green Cedar Homes, we are committed to the satisfaction and well-being of our clients. We offer a one-year Builder’s Warranty on all new developments. We stand behind our product, which proves our commitment to your satisfaction today and in the future.

We have partnered with Progressive Home Warranty and Millennium Home Warranty to protect our clients interests. Progressive and Millennium offers the most comprehensive coverage on the market which includes:

1 Year Materials & Labour Warranty

10 Year, $60,000 Structural Defects Warranty

If the price of your home drops at any time during construction and before you take possession, we will honour our new price. We believe in full disclosure and transparency, we treat you the way we want to be treated, like family. *

The Details…

  1. At the time of signing your Purchase Agreement you will lock in the base price of your new home.
  2. If the base price of your home increases before you take Possession, you still pay the price you locked in at time of the Purchase Agreement.
  3. If the base price of your home decreases before you take Possession, you will receive a credit for the difference of the price you locked in at time of the Purchase Agreement and the new price.
